Beaches are great places to be.  But like any water, you need to be aware and watching 100% of the time.  RIP currents can start suddently and can be very powerful.  Even an experienced swimmer can become exhausted very quickly!  Watch the video to find out more.

Respect the River!

Rivers are important to us for many reasons. However, like any body of water, we must have respect for what a river can do.  Rivers can have strong currents and hidden underwater obstacles.  Conditions can change without warning. Additionally, banks can be slippery, making it easy to fall in. Check out the following one-minute video to find out more!
